INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The present general conditions of transaction do not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights that may be used in connection with the service ordered. Software equipment and documentation as well as any technical information or information of any kind belonging to the service provider are and shall remain the exclusive property of Vendome Locations.
Subject to prior agreement, the customer authorises Vendome Locations to quote him in its commercial documents in any form whatsoever as a commercial reference.
Each party guarantees the other the confidentiality of any information of any kind whatsoever, whether written or oral, of which it has knowledge under the terms of the order, and shall refrain from communicating it to persons other than those who are entitled to know its content for the purposes of carrying out the service ordered.
Any reproduction, total or partial, of the catalogs presented by Vendome Locations on its vendomelocations.fr site is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement of copyright, exposing its author to legal proceedings under the terms of Book III of the Intellectual Property Code, and sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. Likewise, any representation or reproduction, whether total or partial, of the Vendome Locations.fr site, by any process whatsoever, would also constitute an infringement.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The customer's personal data is collected by Vendome Locations, which is responsible for data processing.
Personal data is collected for the purposes of operations relating to customer management (in particular the management of orders, deliveries and invoices) and processed with the customer's consent for operations relating to prospecting (in particular loyalty actions and the compilation of commercial statistics).
Personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a period that cannot exceed the statute of limitations for legal action after the contractual relationship has ended. The personal data that may be collected when the contract is concluded is as follows: surname, first name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, occupation and date of birth.
Vendome Locations undertakes not to distribute its customer file and to keep it secret.
Nevertheless, this personal data may be transmitted to third parties responsible for the execution and payment of orders, as well as to third-party companies when Vendome Locations has recourse to suppliers or subcontractors within the framework of the execution of the contract.
In application of the regulations applicable to personal data, the customer is informed of his or her right, at any time, to ask the data controller :
- access personal data concerning him/her ;
- rectify or delete personal data concerning him/her;
- to restrict or object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;
- the right to portability of personal data.
Customers are informed of their right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Customer is informed that the requirement to provide personal data is contractual in nature. The Customer is obliged to provide his personal data in order to enable the performance of the services provided for in the Contract.

The Customer must be able to prove his identity, either by scanning an identity document or by sending a photocopy of his identity document, and indicate the address to which the reply should be sent.
